Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

Magnific Home Appliances accepts returns in cases of manufacturing defects or if a damaged/wrong product is received. Customers are required to check the product upon delivery and inform us within 2 days of receiving the product.  Products must be returned in their original packaging with the price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, invoices, etc.

If you want to return a product for any other reason, Magnific Home Appliances will charge a  re-stocking fee of 15% of the product value. Returned product should be unused and should not have been damaged in any way.

We recommend customers take a video and/or photo of the product while unboxing. This will help us resolve any issues more efficiently if the product was damaged during shipping.

The product should not have been installed, and the product(s) should not show any signs of wear and tear. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Magnific Home Appliances to determine the legitimacy of the return.

If the product is damaged by the customer while installing, the customer is responsible.

Refunds are initiated only through bank account transactions and not in cash.

Magnific bears the return courier cost for damaged/defective/incorrect products received.

It takes 5 to 7 working days for us to process the refund/exchange when we receive the product in good condition.

To issue a credit note against the returned items (in perfect condition), it could take up to 2 business days.

Exchange:

If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please get in touch with customer service by email at [email protected] or helpline number +91 95138 66001 within 48 hours of delivery.

Microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed will not be entertained.

On receiving your complaint, Magnific Home Appliances shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If Magnific is convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will initiate the replacement process.

To exchange the product, you must comply with the following conditions:

  • Please notify Magnific of receipt of a damaged/defective/incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, Magnific shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • Products should be unused.
  • Magnific will arrange the pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect product through its logistics partner. If Magnific is unable to do so, we will notify you, and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within two days from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in a form determined by the logistics team upon consultation with Magnific Home Appliances.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, invoices, etc.
  • It is advised that the return packets be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit.

The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Magnific Home Appliances to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.

Once the product is received by Magnific, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 48 hours.

Cancellation:

An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You can modify an order (with products of the same or higher value) within 24 hours, provided the order has not been shipped.

If you want to modify your order (within 24 hours) before the order has been shipped, please call the customer service number +91 9513866001 or send us an email at [email protected] with the new product details (name, color, price, size).

If you have an account with us, please cancel the order from your ‘My Orders’ page. Otherwise, drop us an email at [email protected].

Terms & Conditions For Customers:

  • Bulbs are not included with the purchase of any of our products. Bulbs will be charged additionally.
  • Batteries are not included.
  • Installation is a chargeable service.
  • Damages, if any, must be reported within 2 days from the time of delivery.
  • Corrosion due to sustained exposure to sea breeze, use of harsh chemicals, wet cloth, or water on product surfaces will not be covered under our warranty.
  • Using only a dry microfiber cloth to clean the product is recommended.
  • Unless stated otherwise, tax on the invoice is not payable under reverse charges. Supplies under reverse charges are to be mentioned separately.

  • Fans come with a 5-year motor warranty for ceiling fans and a 1-year manufacturing warranty. Other types of fans like wall fans and pedestal fans come with a 1-year motor and manufacturing warranty. Please keep the invoice safe for any warranty claims.
  • The lights come with a 1-year warranty (on manufacturing defects only).
